Private Mexico Tours belongs to the sustainable tour operator EcoColors, which is located in Cancun, Mexico. The company was founded in January 1997 by Miriam and Kenneth Johnson. EcoColors designs and delivers tours in the “Mayan World”, both biologically and culturally one of the richest regions of the world. Thanks to the professionalism and the long experience of EcoColors and its staff, Private Mexico Tours can realize your personalized dream trip.

Cancellation Policies For One-Day Tours And “No Shows”:

We accept cancellation based on the bellow:

  • We will refund 100% of the payment in cancellation with a minimum of 24 hours before the date of your tour. Customer can cancel by call or e-mail. (We prefer call because is faster).
  • In case of sickness, we can reschedule your tour without and additional cost while the customer shows us their medial prescription, Otherside, we will charge 50% because of operation and administration activities.
  • In the case of cancellation made with less of 24 hrs before the tour without a medical prescription, it will not refund it. Customer can cancel by call or e-mail. (We prefer call because is faster).

 

We accept cancellation BEFORE 17:00pm one day before the tour without a charge. This apply to agency with credit.

Cancellation Policies For Multi-Days Tours:

  • 100% refund for cancellations done from 6 months or more in advance.
  • 90% refund for cancellations done from 5 to 6 months in advance.
  • 80% refund for cancellations done from 4 to 5 months in advance.
  • 70% refund for cancellations done from 3 to 4 months in advance.
  • 50% refund for cancellations done from 1 to 3 months in advance.
  • 0% refund for cancellations done less 1 month in advance.

Privacy Police

As established by the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals your personal information will be used exclusively and only for the next activities: Quotation, follow up, update confirmation format, payment format accounting register, invoice, make a payment, comply with regulations and physical security and civil protection measures, to create data base and administrate fill of internal control, statistics, promotions and additional service we offer.

Data Transfers

EcoColors Tours will not share your data information to third parties for promotion or to sales a services or product.

In terms of personal data legislation protection, you can transfer your personal data as national as foreign entities, without your consent and only for the next:
